We live in a dynamic market with lots of fast moving parts. I'm fortunate to have a network of experts willing to help me apply their knowledge to my everyday business.   Sean Teague of Movement Mortgage is one of those experts.

Yesterday, Sean hosted a Real Estate Market Forecast lunch and learn at the fabulous Porsche dealership in Palm Springs, and what a beautiful venue it is!  Sean lead with a forum discussion on a new HELOC product and other financing solutions for today's market - and we all know agent's need new tools in a competitive market.   Next on the agenda was Darlene Daniello of Orange Coast Title, then Mayra Perez of Integrity Agents Insurance with updates on the homeowners insurance market, and last but not least the feature presentation of the local market forecast by legendary Lance Martin.

All in all, a worthwhile forum - Sean presented meaningful and timely information, it was an hour well spent!  Thank you Sean.
